Our strengths have been in special and exceptional solutions for more than three decades. Due to many years of experience in the development and construction of special facilities for the ship and yacht sector, we can manufacture suitable equipment for almost any application.
Ranging from a chilled water system for a sauna plunge pool; a water-cooled heat exchanger for TV and SAT domes made of stainless steel; a illuminated refrigerators (made of stainless steel V4A) for the outdoor bar; up to a chilled desk drawer for soft drinks.

Sea and chilled water plants
In oder to supply cold water for air-conditioning and ventilation equipment, we are developing and building reliable and customized water-chilled systems. Our focus is not only on high-quality constructions and compact systems but also on low energy consumption. Further we are developing and building switching boards according to the customer requirements. Switching boards are fully wired and can be supplied separately or ready-to-run, mounted to a compressor rack.
Our monitoring and control systems are reliable with simple and clear operations. Whatever your requirements are, we have reliable solutions with PLC controls and touch panels or standard regulators.
Refrigeration systems | Provision cooling plants
High-quality foods must be cooled carefully and consistently in order to maintain their quality.
Wether meat, fish, vegetables, diary products, bakery products, beverages or cosmetic items, quality assurance storage requires innovative and high-quality customize cooling systems. Reliable control and monitoring of cooling areas also falls within the scope of our services. No matter weather standard regulators or extensive PLC controls with touch and remote panels; we can design and build individual and power-efficient systems for all applications.
In 2021 GIRSCHNER introduced their first transcritical CO2 system.
Water cooled rack cooling units

The Rack Cooling Units (RCU) air/water-heat exchangers achieve, depending on the provided cooling water, a high cooling effectiveness. A cooling capacity of 1,000 to 23,000 W can be achieved at temperatures of 4 to 8 °C cooling water inlet and air temperatures from 27 to 35 °C.
